| Participants
of the Summer Intensive are invited to perform works of school
faculty and visiting guest teachers and choreographers at two
performances. Stewart Park, an outdoor amphitheater constructed
in the 1920's, nestled among mature northern white pine and recently
restored, provides students the opportunity to perform ballet,
jazz, hip-hop, and Duncan in the great outdoors on a specially
crafted floor for the CWSB for use in the park. The Stewart Park
performance is free to the public.
In the sixth and final week of the summer
workshop, Friday night's performance concludes the session and
participants again have the opportunity to perform works by school
faculty and guest artists.
